Q: How does your factory do to control quality?
A: To make sure that our customers receive qualified goods, we have formed a whole set of quality control system. Before customer placing bulk order, we will offer a sample for confirmation. On material, we will never use low quality materials for production and will return them to our suppliers. During production, we have QC staff to check quality. During the whole production period, we will take photos and video for customers to check and confirm details.
Q: What is your delivery date?
A: We will take about 1 week to prepare the sample. For bulk order, production period will take about 20 days after receiving deposit and confirming packing details.
