This best anti-slip door mounted pull up bar is made of heavy duty steel pipe and high density foam. It will strength and tone your back, arms, shoulders and abs muscles for the perfect upper body workout for both man and woman. It adjusts to standard door ways between 26 and 39 inches.

The chrome plating surface can avoid rust and corrosion. We adopt high density foam that is soft, comfortable and sweat absorbing. The horizontal bar is made of seamless sturdy steel tube that can load up to 150CM at its shortest length.

In order to avoid the risk of falling down, we upgrade this door mounted pull up bar with two locking screws. Before you start doing pullups or chinups, please check whether the bar is in good condition. For safety's sake, we suggest that you install the bar on solid wood door frame. Or, if you don't have solid door frame, it's better to place a wood plate on each end to protect your door frame.

Q: Is it must to drill the screws into door frame?

A: It's not a must. But it's much safer to screw it into the door. The chin up bar with locking mechanism comes with multiple screw-in door-mounts.

Q: Can this bar be installed on a hollow door frame?

A: We do not recommend that. It's not safe for both your door and you. It's better to install it on a solid wood door frame.

Q: How long can we get a sample to test quality?

A: For universal color and packing, we will deliver samples within 7 days after receiving deposit.
